Wallcovering Returns & Replacements 

Please review order for accuracy as all sales are final and no returns or exchanges will be accepted. claims for labor will not be accepted under any circumstance.

All products purchased through globalcovering.com  are guaranteed free of defects. Any item(s) that you deem damaged or defective will be replaced upon your request upon authorization, photos of the damaged product must be provided at the manufacturers request within 30 days of having received your order for review.

Upon receipt of material, carefully inspect all bolts before cutting and hanging. confirm that you’ve received the correct color, item and quantity.
if no defect is evident before installation, the material should be inspected after three (3) strips are installed. if any defect is evident at this time (or at any point in the installation) no additional material should be hung until Global Covering LLC is notified. no claims will be allowed for more than (3) strips on the wall. all claims must be made within 30 days of having received your order.

If a Product you have ordered is temporarily unavailable we will inform you by email as soon as possible and offer you a substitute item. You can then decide whether you would like the substitute item or whether you would prefer to cancel your order (in which case we will provide you with a full refund). If we do not receive a response from you by the time that your order needs to be shipped for delivery, we will not deliver the Products to you and will reimburse your payment to your credit card.

The prices of the Products will be as quoted on our Website from time to time. We take reasonable care to ensure that the prices of Products are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. However, it is always possible that, some of the Products on our Website may be incorrectly priced. If we discover an error in the price of the Products you have ordered, we will contact you to inform you of this error and we will give you the option of continuing to purchase the Products at the correct price or cancelling your order. We will not provide the Products to you at a lower price where there has been an obvious pricing error. We will not process your order until we have your instructions. If we are unable to contact you using the contact details you provided during the order process, we will treat your order as cancelled.

Shipping & Delivery

Global Covering offers free ground shipping on all orders in the Continental United States. Handling fee of $7.95 will be charged on all orders.

Most orders through Global Covering LLC are processed within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. We will contact the buyer within that time frame with information on any items that are not readily available, on back order or out of stock. Global Covering LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Tracking information is emailed and it is the customers responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced NOT refunded pending on the outcome of a courier investigation.
