Any item you deem damaged or defective will be replaced at your request with prior authorization, photos of the damaged product must be provided at the manufacturer’s request within 30 days of receipt of your order for review.

ONCE YOU RECEIVE THE MATERIAL, CAREFULLY INSPECT ALL BOLTS BEFORE CUTTING AND HANGING. CONFIRM THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED THE CORRECT COLOR, ITEM, AND QUANTITY.

IF THERE IS NO EVIDENT DEFECT BEFORE INSTALLATION, THE MATERIAL MUST BE INSPECTED AFTER THE INSTALLATION OF THREE (3) STRIPS. IF ANY DEFECTS ARE EVIDENT AT THIS TIME (OR AT ANY POINT OF THE INSTALLATION), DO NOT HANG UP ADDITIONAL MATERIAL UNTIL INTERIORS CONCEPT STORE IS NOTIFIED. NO CLAIMS WILL BE ALLOWED FOR MORE THAN (3) STRIPS ON THE WALL. ALL CLAIMS MUST BE MADE WITHIN 30 DAYS OF receiving your order.
