Most orders through Global Covering are processed within 24-48 hours from the time your order is placed. We will contact the buyer within that time frame with information on any items that are not readily available, on back order or out of stock. Global Covering is not responsible for lost/stolen packages. Tracking information is emailed and it is the customers responsibility to track their package. Missing packages will be replaced NOT refunded pending on the outcome of a courier investigation.
